In garment manufacturing, manufacturers mix polyamide yarns with other synthetics or natural fabrics in order to compensate for the excessive tendency to accumulate static electricity, as well as to improve the ability of the fabric to breathe.

Due to its high strength, polyamide is most often used for the manufacture of clothing used in aggressive environments. For example, overalls for firefighters, oil workers, factory workers, etc.
Due to the fact that polyamide dries quickly, it is often used in the manufacture of thermal underwear.
Polyamide is especially loved by manufacturers of underwear, as it does not wrinkle, and clothes made from it are very elastic, which makes them comfortable to wear.
Polyamide fabric care
Polyamide can be machine washed in a gentle mode, but it must not be squeezed out in a centrifuge. When rinsing, do not add emollients to the water, otherwise the polyamide will lose its moisture-repellent properties. It is best to dry the fabric while it is still damp, without using a tumble dryer.
Polyamide is very afraid of high temperatures, so it is best to iron it without using steam and at the lowest iron heat.
