Contact any branch of the territorial migration service. Write a statement in which you should indicate all the information you are familiar with, the reason for the search. You will need to present your regular passport.

Any information can be issued within 7 working days from the date of application. You will be told exactly the address of the permanent or temporary registration of the wanted citizen.

In addition to the territorial or Federal Migration Service, you can get information in the information desk. Usually, in one region, there are several referral services that provide paid information to the applied citizens for a very reasonable amount.

You must provide all the information you know about the wanted citizen to the help desk. If you know only a part of them, you will be given the address of a group of persons matching the details of the wanted citizen.

And the last thing. If you cannot obtain information from these sources, and you urgently need to find a citizen, and you have a good reason for this, for example, you are trying to find out the address of the debtor or are looking for a malicious defaulter of alimony, contact any department of the internal affairs bodies.
Step 7
With a good reason, on the basis of your application, law enforcement officers will be engaged in the search or transfer information about the search activities to the Federal Security Service.
Step 8
Based on the search activities carried out, you will receive the exact address and will be able to contact the wanted citizen with a number of questions of interest to you or file a statement of claim in court indicating the address of the defendant.
