The timing of the sea breeze also depends on the moisture content of the soil. After the rain, the land is very humid, so first the solar energy will be used to evaporate the water, and only then the land will begin to warm up. This will greatly delay the time the breeze starts to form. On the contrary, the weather will speed up the creation of the sea stream and make it stronger.
