Water purification with a natural mineral - shungite has been known to mankind for a long time. Unlike other methods of obtaining pure structured water with healing properties, shungite purification is the simplest and most affordable. To do this, you only need shungite itself (you can buy it at a pharmacy) and a simple sequence of actions.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse shungite purchased at a pharmacy under running water. It should be rinsed for 10-15 minutes or until the water flowing from the mineral becomes transparent, and black (or gray) plaque ceases to appear on the hands upon contact with it. You can use a brush during the rinsing process.
Step 2
Take a clean container. For infusing water with shungite, 3-liter glass jars or 5-liter plastic bottles are well suited. Enamel dishes will also work - pots, jugs, buckets.
Step 3
Pour shungite into the prepared container at the rate of 100 g of mineral per 1 liter of water. Fill the mineral with tap water. Visually, the water should not change color, become cloudy, and separate small particles of the rock should not float in it either. If you notice that the water is not transparent or a black coating has appeared on its surface, pour it out, and continue rinsing the shungite under running water. You can sort out the mineral and remove small fragments from it, leaving only large pebbles. Repeat the procedure of placing shungite in a container and filling it with water.
Step 4
After half an hour, you can drain the water infused with shungite into a separate bowl (usually 2/3 of the volume is drained) and use it for its intended purpose - for drinking, treatment (for example, burns and rashes of various natures, tonsillitis, stomatitis), watering plants, cooking, and etc. Scientists claim that in 30 minutes shungite manages to reduce the concentration of the most dangerous microbes (for example, group A and group D streptococci) hundreds of times. Half an hour is enough for the water to acquire antibacterial properties.
Step 5
If you do not need shungite water urgently, let it stand for three days. It is after this period that you will receive the purest structured water with healing properties.
Step 6
After you have drained 2/3 of the volume of water infused with shungite, fill the container with the mineral with a new portion of tap water.
