Soak the peas in cold water. The proportions of dry peas and water are 1: 4. Add a tablespoon of salt to every liter of water. Soak smooth peas for 9 hours, wrinkled peas - about 12 hours.

Step 3

Put the peas in the same water on the fire. Simmer for half an hour to an hour and a half. To determine if the peas are done, remove the pea and press lightly on it with your finger. The peas should spring a little, but not creep. With stronger pressure - burst, flatten. If, when pressed with your finger, a pea breaks into two clear halves, then the attachment is not yet ready. The hook should fit easily into the pea in any direction.

Step 4

For better steaming of peas, you can put it in a sock, tie it tightly, and place the sock with peas in boiling water. Any fabric tank can be used instead of a sock.

Step 5

You can cook peas, and in old peas it takes about 40 minutes of cooking, for fresh peas - about 15. After boiling, leave the peas in a pressure cooker until they cool completely.

Step 6

Now the peas need to be dried. Sprinkle it on a cotton cloth in one layer. Dry for an hour.

Step 7

Store peas prepared in this way in the refrigerator for no more than three days. You can use a thermal bag to transport it to the place of fishing.

Step 8

Place one or two peas on the hook, depending on their size.
