By sending your package using DHL, you don't have to worry about getting lost, late or arriving at the wrong address. On the company's website, you can track the movement of sent items from your settlement to the recipient.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the main page of the company's website at https://www.dhl.ru. In the middle of the screen you will see the inscription “How can we help you?”, And below it there are several windows in which you can learn about the fate of your shipment. By selecting the first tab on the left, you will be able to track the express shipment. To do this, enter the consignment note number in the window. You can check up to 10 numbers at once by separating them with a comma or indention (press Enter).
Step 2
In the "Logistics" tab, you will have access to information about goods sent by sea, road and air transport. Click on the corresponding inscription, select the type of shipment and dial its number.
Step 3
Opening the "Mail" tab, select one of the two options for sending a parcel. Follow the link provided. If you choose the first option, enter the parcel number in the "Identification code" window or in the Parcel Reference no - the order number in the online store. Click on the "Search" button.
Step 4
If you sent the package over the Internet, enter the code starting with the letters GM on the proposed website. If the parcel has already been sent to the Russian Post, copy the Delivery Partner number and paste it on the website, the link to which is offered in the “Mail” tab on the main page of dhl.ru.
Step 5
You can send a written tracking request."

The site provides several more alternative ways to track cargo - with their help, you can receive notifications both to your computer and to your phone. These tracking services are especially useful if you use DHL frequently. You can read about the features of each method if you go to the "Express" section from the main page. Select "Tracking" from the drop-down list. On the new page, in the list on the left side of the screen, select "Cargo Control" or "Tracking Tools".
