Among the main components of corporate culture, there are ideas about the mission of the company, the goals and objectives of its activities, the social role in society; the concept of what is acceptable and unacceptable in a team; options for behavior in different situations; enterprise management style; system of information exchange between the structures of the company; business communication norms; conflict resolution models; traditions and customs adopted in the organization; the symbols of the organization.

Corporate culture is essential to the prosperity of any company. It is a powerful strategic tool for motivating employees, ensuring their loyalty and improving the company's image. But corporate culture is not always formed purposefully and consistently. Very often this happens spontaneously and chaotically.

There are several types of corporate culture, which are distinguished by dominant characteristics. According to the style of company management, the corporate culture is divided into authoritarian, liberal and democratic. According to the level of stability, two types are distinguished - stable and unstable. If we take as a basis the degree of correspondence between the personal interests of employees and the public interests of the company, then the corporate culture is usually divided into integrated (with a high level of team cohesion) and disintegrated (with the absence of a common common opinion in the team). Depending on the main values of the company, a personality-oriented and functionally-oriented corporate culture is distinguished. Ultimately, it is generally accepted to consider a democratic, stable, integrated, personality-oriented corporate culture to be positive. Accordingly, a negative corporate culture will be characterized by authoritarianism, instability, disintegration, and functional orientation.

Leaders should pay special attention to the formation of corporate culture. They must not only think it over to the smallest detail and convey to each employee, but also become a bearer of all the values of corporate culture. In addition, it is important to formally and informally encourage employees to adopt a corporate culture.
