Try a few ways to trick the ring and make it slip off your finger after all. Finally, use a cream or any viscous liquid that may be at your disposal. In a jewelry store, they can sometimes offer a rag soaked in a special solution that resembles liquid soap - it is enough to rub the ring with it so that it instantly slips off your finger.
