Step 1
Make a call to your Ukrainian mobile phone using a special scheme. First, you need to dial the number in the international format: "+38" (international code of Ukraine), then three digits of the code of the corresponding mobile operator and then the ten-digit number itself.
Step 2
Find out the code of the mobile operator you need in Ukraine. The most popular operators are the following: Golden Telecom (039), Life (063, 093), Beeline (066, 068, 095), Intertelecom (094), PEOPLEnet (092), Mobilich (098) and Djuice (067, 096). If you call a cell phone of a resident of Kiev, most likely you will need a Kyivstar operator code - 044. MTS Ukraine operator codes - 050, 066, 095.
Step 3
When making a call from a landline phone, in addition to the subscriber's number, you will also need the area code of the called subscriber. Press the eight to access the long distance and receive a dial tone, dial the international code "0038" and the operator code (if the call is made to a mobile phone). Then you can dial directly the number of the desired subscriber.
