Step 1
Do not attempt to loosen a rusty countersunk screw or bolt without first working. Step 6
If the parts of the threaded connection have become unusable as a result of external aggressive influences or were initially of poor quality, try to remove them as follows. Weld a lever or nut to the protruding parts of a screw, bolt or stud and try to loosen them using one of the methods listed above.
Step 7
Drill out very carefully without damaging the threads, damaged parts. First, file or file with a file for more accurate punching. Next, use a smaller drill to drill the hole. Tap a new thread, insert the bolt, and remove the remaining fastener.
