Step 1
Correctly select the code of the type of activity from the OKVED classifier. The choice of the type of activity falls on the shoulders of the director of the company, or an individual entrepreneur. If you are not sure about the correct choice, it is better to consult a lawyer or tax inspector.
Step 2
Fill out the application form P14001. The application form can be purchased from the printing house or downloaded from the Internet and printed. When the application has been checked by the tax inspector, take the full package of documents and go to the state notary in order to certify the document.
