Instructions
Step 1
Develop a collective bargaining agreement on personnel policy, including the procedure for office work. As an attachment to the local act of the company, draw up an order registration log. Please note that different types of orders are recorded in separate journals, since they have different storage periods. For example, personnel orders are kept for 75 years. Further, the procedure for filling out such a journal is considered.
Step 2
On the title page of the order registration journal, write the full name of the document in capital letters. Then enter the name of the organization. If the company is large enough, it is advisable to keep such a log for each service separately. Indicate the date when the document was actually filed.
Step 3
In the first column, indicate the order number of the order. In the second column, write personal data, the name of the position of the person responsible for keeping the journal. Orders for personnel, as a rule, are registered by a personnel officer who is appointed responsible by the corresponding order of the director.
Step 4
In the third column of the journal, indicate the order number assigned to the document upon publication. For orders on personnel, it is recommended to put the letter of the drug, for orders for the main activity - OD, for vacation administrative documents - O. In the fourth column, write the date of the order.
Step 5
In the fifth column, it is advisable to enter personal data, job title, department of the employee for which the order was drawn up. In the sixth column, write the content of the order. For example, recruitment, termination of the contract, transfer to another job, and the like.
Step 6
In the seventh column, the signature of the responsible person is put, and in the eighth column of the journal, the number of the folder that is stored in the archive is indicated. When changing the responsible specialist, be sure to draw up an act of transfer of documents.
