Step 1
The Federal Office of the State Registration Service is directly under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Performs the functions of registering all immovable property, buildings, buildings, structures, private property of citizens, land resources of any turnover, with which transactions are made on the registration of rights, alienation, re-registration, pledge obligations, any restrictions on transactions.

Registration of transactions is carried out on the basis of an application, a package of documents presented for state registration. For any registration services, for making changes to the unified register, for issuing information from the state register, a state fee is charged, the amount of which is indicated for each name of services at the stand in the state registration service.
Step 3
Services for an extract from a single register can be provided to all citizens on the basis of an application submitted to the state registration service, a passport, payment of a state fee. A detailed extract from the unified register is provided directly to the owner, the owner's notary attorney or official departments on the basis of a court order.
Step 4
Federal Law No. 122-F3 came into effect on January 30, 1998. From that moment on, regional state registration centers began their activities throughout the country. Any transactions with real estate began to be recorded in the unified state register. This made it possible to keep a strict record of the existing real estate on the territory of the Russian Federation, to trace the change of owners.
Step 5
On the basis of this law, upon registration, you must submit a mandatory package of documents, which include cadastral extracts, technical passports, identity documents of all participants in the transaction, documents of title to real estate objects. The package of documents is presented in originals and photocopies. The term for state registration does not exceed 30 calendar days. Extracts from the unified register are issued within seven calendar days.
