In each district of each subject of the Russian Federation (republic, territory or region) there is a territorial administration of the Pension Fund of Russia. Information on contact numbers and addresses of departments can be found on the PFR website.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the official website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. Under the organization's symbols in the upper left menu you will see a menu, click on the first of the items "About the Pension Fund". A submenu will appear in front of you, in it select the last line "PFR branches".
Step 2
In the list that appears, select the federal district in which your region or republic is located. You will be presented with a list of branches of each constituent entity of the Russian Federation of the corresponding district. Click on the area you need.
Step 3
Pay attention to the left side of the page that opens. In the menu located in the orange rectangle, click the button "About department". After that, a submenu will appear under the line, you need its fourth item "Contacts and work schedule of departments". Click on it.
Step 4
Examine the information that appears in the main body of the page. It lists the branches of the Pension Fund of Russia by district of the region. Click on the area you need, and you will see the office address, phone numbers, opening hours and email address.
Step 5
Use the interactive map, the link to which is located in the upper right corner of the main page of the site. On the map, hover the cursor over a schematic representation of the regional centers of the Russian Federation, and a window will pop up indicating the name of the PFR branch, for example, “PFR branch in the Kirov region”. Then reproduce the steps described in step 3.
Step 6
Find out information about the management of the Pension Fund of your city by calling the territorial department (republican, regional or regional). To do this, on the main page of the site, click on the last line of the "Contacts" menu in the orange rectangle. Pay attention to the bold dark green inscription "Reference phones of the territorial branches of the PFR for citizens' appeal", follow the link, select the district, and in it the required subject of the Federation.
