Step 1
In case of incorrect or unlawful performance of duties by employees of one or another branch of the Pension Fund, you can complain to the head of customer service. Nevertheless, the management of the institution does not always make contact with each of the citizens, so if your complaint is left without attention, contact the FIU office for your locality. It is best to immediately make an appointment with the manager, bypassing the customer service. Find out in advance what days and hours the reception of citizens is held and call the indicated number for an appointment.
Step 2
You can try to solve more important issues and serious claims by contacting the top regional management of the pension fund. Fill out a complaint in writing and send it to the management address in the name of the manager of the FIU branch. Be sure to include in the letter your personal and contact information for feedback, as well as the number of the pension insurance certificate in order to speed up the process of considering your application.
Step 3
If the FIU unlawfully refuses to pay pensions or infringes on your legal rights and freedoms, you can contact the prosecutor's office. Submit a complaint in writing, detailing your personal information and the nature of the conflict. Attach all materials that may serve as evidence of infringement of your rights, such as receipts, receipts, statements, etc. The prosecutor's office will review your complaint within 30 days and inform you of its decision.
Step 4
From time to time there are situations when the FIU unlawfully charges penalties to legal entities and private entrepreneurs. You can dispute such cases in the arbitration court at the location of your organization by filing a claim drawn up according to the above model to the appropriate authority.
