It is a series of technological operations for the installation of individual structural parts in the position specified by the drawing, as well as the combination of parts into units and assemblies. Technicians and workers, under the guidance of engineers, install the onboard systems of the aircraft, lay communications, interconnect the elements of the aircraft body.
Step 5
The assembly takes place in a strictly defined sequence. First, assemblies and panels of the aircraft are mounted, then separate assemblies and compartments are assembled from them. At the final stage of assembly, there is a general adjustment of mechanisms, testing and testing of all aircraft systems. During the installation, a field-proven parallel-sequential operation scheme is used, taking into account the requirements specified in the technical documentation.
Step 6
At the final stage of the aircraft creation, processing of technological connections, finishing of mating surfaces, heat treatment of individual units and sealing of joints takes place. At this stage, it is important not to miss the little things, each of which directly affects the future flight properties of the aircraft and the safety of its operation. After the completion of the assembly, the aircraft acquires its usual contours and features. He is now ready for flight tests.
