Instructions
Step 1
In the event of a malfunction, prepare all required documents. Make sure you have cash and sales receipts, warranty service coupons. Remember that you can only return a defective product during the warranty period.
Step 2
If you find a malfunction within two weeks after purchasing the product, you have the right to immediately return it to the store. Otherwise, it is wiser to immediately contact the service center. Call the store and find out which SC the goods are being delivered to.
Step 3
If this organization is located in your city, take the goods there yourself, taking all the documents. This will save you a lot of time, because stores, as a rule, deliver goods to the SC once a week, and sometimes even less often.
Step 4
Wait for the issuance of an opinion from the service center. In a situation where the product cannot be repaired, immediately demand a refund. Sometimes it is wiser to demand the issuance of a similar product.
Step 5
If the service center has not issued you with an opinion within 2-3 weeks, call there and clarify the condition of the transferred goods. Most often, in response, you can hear the phrase: “The product is subject to repair. We are waiting for the arrival of the details. This is a standard situation and there is nothing illegal about it.
Step 6
After thirty days from the date of transfer of the goods to the service center, feel free to go to the store and demand a refund. You may be offered to wait a little longer or pick up the goods from the SC on your own and deliver them to the store. Remember that these are all difficulties for the seller.
Step 7
Write a claim, indicating in it the date of transfer of the goods to the SC. Ask your dealer to sign. Make a copy of the claim and hand over the original to the above person. For each day of delay in issuing a new product or money, you have the right to demand 1.5% of its original cost.
