A sedentary lifestyle doesn't make life better. To stay healthy as long as possible, you need to exercise. It's not just about going to the gym, but about regular and sufficient exercise. You can do active work, you can run in your free time, swim in the pool or in water bodies. The loads for each age are different, it is not necessary to exceed them, but it is definitely not worth excluding.
Tempering helps to make the body healthier. Wiping with a damp towel, dousing with cold water, diving into an ice hole or just a contrast shower help to strengthen the immune system, prevent frequent colds and other infections. You need to get used to such procedures gradually so as not to create serious stress for the body.

Irritability, anxiety, aggression, and other experiences can cause illness. In order not to go to doctors, you need to try to make your life calm and balanced. Of course, all the reasons for excitement cannot be ruled out, but you can learn to react not too emotionally, to let go of the situation, and not to worry to nervous breakdowns.
To feel comfortable, try to get enough sleep every day. Learn to think positively and interact easily with others. People with a good disposition are less likely to visit doctors.
