Instructions

Step 1

Make a complaint in writing: oral appeals have no legal force and are permissible only in simple situations. Use business language when writing a document, do not express negative emotions and do not resort to insults. Fill in the "header": in the upper left corner, indicate the name of the respondent organization, last name, initials and position of its representative. Write down your personal data, leave contact information - address, phone number, email, etc. On a new line in the center, write the word "Claim".

Step 2

Describe the facts that provoked the appearance of the claim: what goods or services of inappropriate quality you purchased / received from the organization, at what time it happened, in what place (store, salon, workshop, hospital, etc.). Indicate the cost of the costs and list the documents confirming the transaction. If you do not have checks, invoices, extracts, certificates in your hands, then give the testimony of witnesses.

Step 3

List your claims in as much detail as possible. Explain how the product or services provided by the organization do not meet the declared requirements. Describe incidents involving receiving poor service or using a purchased item. Write down all documents indicating what is happening: certificates, statements, invoices, tickets, etc.

Step 4

Make a monetary calculation of the losses you have incurred. Include in them expenses for moving, cellular communication, registration of necessary documents and so on. Please note that this point is very important when considering a case, so it is best to seek help from competent individuals or organizations.

Step 5

Select the options for resolving the dispute: full refund or reduction, free repair, replacement of goods or the provision of a similar service. Write in what time frame you hope to receive an answer. Usually, 2-4 weeks are enough to consider a package of documents.

Step 6

Indicate the fact of contacting the organization orally, if such was the case, and you did not come to a consensus on resolving the dispute, or your appeal was ignored. Sign the document, put the date it was drawn up and attach copies of all documents listed in it to the claim.
