Contact Rospotrebnadzor. Go to the official website of the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection. From the main page of the resource go to the "Electronic government" section. It will provide information on the various services provided by government agencies over the Internet. Select in this section the item "Citizens Appeal Form" Please read the rules carefully before filling out the form. Please note that only applications with the full name of the author and his mailing address will be considered.
Step 2
In the appropriate fields, write down your last name, first name and patronymic, your address, the place where the institution is located - the name of the region, region or republic. Also, don't forget to include your email address. Indicate the topic of the appeal - about the quality of goods, about sanitary problems, or another.
Step 3
Fill out the form for the text of the appeal itself. It must contain the name of the organization that sold you a low-quality product or provided a service that does not meet the declared level, as well as the full address of this company. State the facts clearly, if you know what specific legislation the seller violated, indicate this in the letter.

After filling out the form, click on the "Submit" button. If the sending was successful, a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Step 5
If you want, you can submit your claim personally to your local Rospotrebnadzor office. To do this, write a letter, not forgetting to indicate your last name, first name, patronymic and address, as well as the coordinates of the enterprise - the object of complaints. The application is written in free form. Then find the address of your regional office of Rospotrebnadzor. To do this, on the organization's website, go to the section "Governments in the subjects of the Federation" You will see a list of regions and addresses. You can bring the appeal there in person or send it by regular mail.
