Instructions
Step 1
Remember that even a warm summer rain can cause a sharp hypothermia, and this will lead to a cold. Therefore, after the rain, it is advisable to dry your clothes, change your shoes and keep warm. If you are caught in the rain while near your home, it is better to return and change into dry clothes. Dry your body with a clean, dry towel to dry yourself faster. If there is no urgent need to go somewhere, stay at home and wrap yourself in a blanket. You can take a warm bath or shower. Pay special attention to warming up the limbs. Draw warm water into a basin and lower your feet into it for a few minutes. Warm your hands under running warm water or using a heater.
Step 2
If you are lucky enough to come to work wet, where there are no special conditions for warming and drying clothes, at least wear dry shoes. For this, it is necessary to prudently leave a replacement pair at the workplace. If possible, dry wet items. For example, to squeeze water out of your clothes, you need to use a thick terry towel or other material. Wrap a wet thing in it and wring it out with your hands so that the fabric absorbs moisture. If the effort is not enough, wrap the wet item in a new cloth and repeat the steps until you achieve a satisfactory result.
Step 3
In a minimum amount of time, clothes can be dried with a hair dryer. Turn on the hair dryer and blow warm air towards damp clothing, keeping it at a distance. Be careful, such high-speed drying can ruin both the item and the equipment. If the situation is completely urgent, use a heater, air heater or air conditioner. Do not forget to periodically turn the item on the heater. Do not leave switched on equipment unattended. Remember the safety rules when using the heater and air conditioner for other purposes.
Step 4
You can quickly dry wet clothes with an iron. You need to iron the thing through a dry cloth. Using the oven will be effective. A wet item can be placed on the oven door, which must first be warmed up to the maximum temperature. Activate the blowing mode, if available in the oven functions. This will speed up the drying process of your wet clothes. Be careful, your clothes can be stained with grease in the oven, which can be difficult to wash. Remember that the best way to get out of an unpleasant situation is not to get into it at all.
