Step 1
If you are a registered legal entity, individual entrepreneur, representative of Russian or foreign companies, come from the embassy, then you can quickly and easily issue a client card. Step 2
Legal entities must collect a copy of the certificate of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection on the assignment of the TIN, a copy of the order on the appointment of the head of the organization, a copy of the extract of the company's charter, the original power of attorney for persons who can perform operations on behalf of the company.
Step 3
Individual entrepreneurs provide a copy of the document on entry into the USR and a duplicate passport of the individual entrepreneur with the registration address.
Step 4
The representative of the embassy must collect copies of a certificate of registration with the tax, TIN, a document confirming the accreditation of the ambassador, and a power of attorney for the transaction on behalf of the embassy.
Step 5
If you are a representative of a foreign company, then collect copies of the position of the representative office, the protocol of appointment to the head of the main organization and a notification that you are registered with the tax authority at your location.
Step 6
Bring all the documents you have collected to your nearest Metro Cash & Carry store and receive your pass.
