To live and work in Moscow, a person must have a local registration. Some of the newcomers have been content with temporary ones for years, but there are also ways to obtain a permanent residence permit on the territory of the capital.
Instructions
Step 1
Buy an apartment in Moscow. After that, you, as the owner, will be able to contact the passport office and receive permanent registration on the basis of documents confirming the ownership. If you don't have enough money, you can buy, for example, only a share in an ordinary apartment or a room in a communal apartment. However, keep in mind that in the first case, it may not be easy for you to sell the purchased housing later.
Step 2
Get permanent registration at the apartment of one of your relatives or friends who already live in Moscow. To do this, he must appear with you at the passport office, present his passport and documents for the apartment, and then fill out a form to confirm his consent to register you on his living space. If he is not able to come in person, he can give you a statement signed with his own hand, which will contain consent to you in his apartment. But a relative may have reasonable doubts about whether he should even register you with him. In this case, you can say that if you did not live in an apartment before privatization, registration does not give you any rights to housing. You can be discharged by the decision of the owner, in rare cases - with the involvement of the court.
Step 3
Contact one of the organizations involved in registration of registration for visitors. So you will have the opportunity to get registration on the territory of a house where many people are already registered. Be careful when doing this. Some firms even go to the production of forged documents, for example, using homemade registration stamps. Stay away from such infringing firms, so as not to be responsible for the counterfeiting yourself.
Step 4
If you were unable to obtain permanent registration, apply for a temporary one. It will give you the legal right to live and work in Moscow. The owner of a rented apartment will be able to arrange such a registration for you, and you can also get it if you live in a hotel. Temporary registration will allow you to keep a permanent registration in another city, if you have one.
