Few people complain about the quality of service at Sberbank now. They complain about Sberbank's attempts to violate laws and regulations, deprive customers of some of their money by imposing unnecessary services, credit cards, commissions, and insurance. In all such cases, you must complain to the appropriate authorities.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, write a complaint to the management of Sberbank. It can be addressed both to the head office of the bank and to the branch in which you are served. In the letter, tell us in detail the circumstances of the case, indicate how the bank violated your rights, describe the requirements. Be sure to include your details, return address. Most likely, the bank will respond with a standard unsubscribe. But if the case goes to court, it will be clear that you tried to solve the problem peacefully, in a pre-trial order.
Step 2
Write a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor in the following cases: if Sberbank has charged you commissions and refuses to return them, if it has introduced restrictions on the early repayment of the loan, if it transferred the debt to collectors without your notification. Also write to Rospotrebnadzor in cases where the bank does not want to sue you at your place of residence, if it imposes insurance in addition to the loan, if it unilaterally changed the terms of the contract.
Step 3
Write a complaint to the prosecutor's office if Sberbank directly violates your rights, the rights of others, or other violations of the law are noticed. The prosecutor's office, like Rospotrebnadzor, is called upon to protect the rights of Russian citizens in cases where they cannot do this on their own or are unable to hire a lawyer.
Step 4
Write a complaint to the Central Bank in cases of a specific violation of the law, if Sberbank does not provide the information you require, violates the rules for the provision of services. The Central Bank is a serious body capable of causing a lot of trouble for violators of the law, up to the revocation of a banking license. Therefore, the complaint should indicate which laws and regulations were violated by Sberbank. If you are not legally savvy, then when writing a complaint letter to the Central Bank, be sure to consult a lawyer.
Step 5
Write a complaint to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) in cases of violation of advertising legislation. That is, when advertising promises one thing, but in reality everything is different - if the bank misleads customers with its advertising, does not inform the terms of the loan agreement. Also complain to the FAS if Sberbank forces you to use the services of a specific insurance or appraisal company, thereby limiting competition.
Step 6
If Sberbank discloses your personal information, information on your deposits and loans to unauthorized persons, calls the phones that you did not indicate in the questionnaires and contracts, you can complain to the police. Or highlight the fact of violation in the press and media.
