Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights. In case of violation of the clauses of the agreement concluded between the consumer and the company, the client has the right to file a complaint with this state body with the attachment of all the necessary certificates and documents.
Step 2
Rospotrebnadzor. Monitors compliance with consumer protection. In case of dissatisfaction with the decision of the Company, the consumer has the opportunity to contact Rospotrebnadzor with an indication of the decision made by this organization.
Step 3
Prosecutor's Office. It is advisable to contact this authority only if you are dissatisfied with the work of the two previous organizations. After submitting an application, with all the necessary documentation attached, prosecutors visit the address of this company and conduct a full check of the activities of this company.
Step 4
Police. There are so-called “fly-by-night” firms that work until they make a profit and close immediately. In this case, no one can help, except for the district police department. Employees of the service will conduct a check on the information provided by the applicant about the owners of the company and provide an answer based on the results of the investigation.
Step 5
Court. If this company continues to function, but at a different address, the police, according to the application you have received, initiates a criminal case. After all the criminal investigation activities have been carried out, all materials will be submitted to the court. Also, the applicant can apply to this authority in case of violations of the firm, continuing after the inspection by Rospotrebnadzor.
Step 6
