Under Russian law, property owners are required to pay monthly bills for electricity and other utility bills. Residents of Moscow must fill out a special receipt from the Mosenergosbyt organization.

Instructions
Step 1
Proceed to filling out the receipt indicating the name and address of the payer in the appropriate fields. Also enter additional information about the subscriber so that your payment will not be lost later. In Mosenergosbyt receipts, this is the subscriber's number, which consists of 10 digits. Specify the book number as the first five digits, the next three digits are directly the subscriber's number, which can be viewed on the cover page of your electricity payment book or clarified by calling the power sales company. The last two digits are the check digit.
Step 2
Fill in the "Period" field, indicating the period of time for which electricity is paid. This is usually the previous month. Next, you need to enter the current meter readings in the form of numbers, which the device displays by the end of the current period. Indicate the previous meter readings by looking at them in the previous paid receipt. In this field, carefully copy the numbers from the last paid receipt. The next field is Energy Consumption Calculation. To fill it out correctly, subtract the value from the previous column from the current meter readings, and you will find out the electricity consumption for a given period.
Step 3
The most difficult step can be the calculation of the amount required for payment. To do this, you need to find out the tariff valid for the payment period in the form of the cost of one kilowatt of consumed electricity. Multiply the value from the "Electricity consumption" field by the current tariff. Please note that the digits after the decimal point will mean pennies. The calculated amount must be deposited into the account of the management company at the payment acceptance point by submitting a completed document. Do not forget to receive a receipt for the payment made and save it with the receipt itself for settlements in the following billing periods.
