"A pack of cigarettes" is one of the most popular songs by Viktor Tsoi. To perform it with friends, you do not need to have a musical education or play the guitar professionally. It is enough to know the technique of playing "by striking" and to put the chords correctly.
Necessary
Six string guitar
Instructions
Step 1
The song uses four chords. The first chord from which each verse of this song begins is E minor (international designation "Em"). To play it, press the 4th and 5th strings on the 2nd fret. Press the fourth string with your ring finger, the fifth string with the middle one (when pressed correctly, the fingers are located one above the other, the sound when playing is clear, without rattling). At the very beginning of the song, the Em chord is an introductory chord and is played on the words "I'm going …"
Step 2
To play the second chord of a song, A minor (Am), press the 2nd string at the 1st fret and the 3rd and 4th strings at the 2nd fret. Hold the second string with your index finger, the third with your ring finger, and the fourth with your middle finger. The chord is placed on the words: "… and I look into someone else's …".
Step 3
To play the next chord - C major (C) - also hold down the 2nd string at the first fret, with your middle finger press the 4th string at the 2nd fret, and with the ringless string, press the 5th string at the 3rd fret. On this chord, the words are played: "… the sky from …"
Step 4
The next, and final cycle, chord is D major (D). To play a chord, hold down the 1st string at the 2nd fret, the 2nd string at the 3rd fret, and the 3rd string at the 2nd fret. The first string is pressed with the middle finger, the second string is pressed with the ring finger, the third string is pressed with the index finger. The chord is placed on the words of the first verse: "… someone else's window."
Step 5
Then play the chords of the song in the same sequence. The sequence for the verse and chorus is the same. Please note that sometimes it is necessary to change chords in mid-word while playing (see the picture).
