When working with tanks, containers for storing liquefied gas, remember that non-observance of safety precautions leads to serious consequences that can cause fire, explosion or poisoning from the gases contained in them.

Step 1
Open the tank during the day - this is one of the safety requirements. If we are talking about railway tanks, then first remove the locomotive from the rail, and only then fix the platforms on the tracks. The number of people responsible for the work must be at least three. The presence of fire extinguishing equipment is required. Unloading cannot be carried out during a thunderstorm period.
Step 2
Loading and unloading containers with cylinders is carried out using a crane or overhead crane. The choice of a loading vehicle is based on the size of the transported material and the area of the warehouse.
Step 3
Containers should be installed in a well ventilated area or in an open area without flammable areas.
Step 4
Open the latches and valves on containers very slowly, without using an impact force that could create a spark. Step by step, this process looks like this: first, the plugs of the plug are removed from the angle valves of the LPG liquid phase, then the plugs are removed from the angle valve of the LPG vapor phase.
Step 5
Attach the connecting hoses to the holes formed, which are used for the intake of the LPG liquid phase and transfer to the rack gas pipelines and suitable angle valves of the LPG liquid phase.
Step 6
Attach the connecting sleeve to the vapor phase angle valve. Open the valves on the LPG vapor and liquid collectors of the overflow rack. Perform the same manipulations at overpass parking, taking into account both the vapor and liquid phases, a similar process is carried out at storage bases.
Step 7
The valves on the liquid phase and gas line vapor phase lines of the storage base should also be opened.
