Step 1
For growing at home, only roses specially designed for this variety are suitable. Cuttings of a garden plant are not suitable for these purposes, since their life cycle is set to change the summer and winter climate, which is hardly possible to organize indoors. Indoor roses can be distinguished from garden roses by their size - these are small bushes, no more than 35-50 cm high, with many small buds.
Step 2
Indoor rose care differs depending on the season. A spacious pot and fertile soil are suitable for planting a plant. Put a special granulant in the pot, which will provide the plants with nutrients and prevent the roots from pounding. Place the rose on the windows of the south and southeast side of your apartment, as she loves sunny (especially in the morning) places. Be very careful to avoid sunburn, overheating during the summer heat and drafts. For the winter, it is better to choose some cold place for the rose.
Step 3
When keeping a room rose, increase watering in the spring, since at this time the plant has an active vegetative period. For irrigation, clean, settled water at room temperature is suitable. Use cold water in winter and reduce the number of waterings. Roses also love sprinkling during the hot season. But carry out such a procedure in the afternoon, preferably in the evening or early in the morning, thereby simulating dew loss, so that the moisture droplets have time to evaporate under the sun's rays and do not leave burns. Do not spray in winter.
Step 4
The rose reacts very strongly to the presence of wilting buds, so cut off all dry twigs and flowers with a pruner.
Step 5
Water the plant with a solution of organic fertilizer designed specifically for indoor roses two to three times a year. Since the amount of soil and nutrients when keeping a plant in a pot is limited, periodic feeding is simply necessary. Transplant the plant into a larger tub once a year.
