There are not so many people in the world who would be absolutely indifferent to relaxing by the water. Before the sun has time to warm up, the shores of reservoirs become cramped from those who want to swim and sunbathe. But the rest should not only be pleasant, but also safe. This means that the place for swimming must be equipped.
It is necessary
- - norms for the arrangement of beaches;
- - conclusion of the sanitary and epidemiological station;
- - diving survey data;
- - conclusion of the Inspectorate for Small Vessels;
- - rescue Service;
- - dry closets;
- - small forms.
Instructions
Step 1
Check out the regulatory framework. Not every swimming place can be granted beach status. In any case, the safety of people must be ensured. The standards for protecting the life of people on the water in each subject of the federation are different, but they differ in details. In any case, you will need to obtain the opinion of the commission, which includes representatives of the Small Craft Inspection, and this must be done before the start of the swimming season.
Step 2
Choose a location. It should be located no closer than 500 m from the nearest drain. If we are talking about a river, then place the beach upstream. If there is a port nearby, the bathing area should be located at least 250 m upstream. If you have to locate the beach downstream, then the distance between it and the port border should be at least one kilometer. There should be no groundwater outlet at the beach site. Choose a section of the river with a slow flow, without whirlpools or whirlpools.
Step 3
Define the boundaries of the beach. On land, it must be fenced off. Arrange rainwater drains. The place should be as flat as possible, with a sandy or pebbled surface. If there is no area with suitable soil nearby, it is better to bring in the soil. Estimate approximately how many people will be on the beach at a time. If the reservoir is flowing, then each visitor should have at least 5 sq. m of water area and at least 2 m of the coast. If the reservoir is not flowing, provide for a bathing area twice as large.
Step 4
Inspect the water area. The bottom should gradually drop to a depth of 2 m. Ledges and dips are highly undesirable. The distance from the shore to a depth of two meters should be at least 15 m. Clean the bottom of driftwood, glass and other debris. This will need to be done regularly. Limit the swimming area to orange buoys. They should be located no further than 25 m from a depth of 1.3 m, at a distance of about 20 m from each other. Special baths can be made for children. They can be limited by a picket fence. If desired and the availability of conditions, you can make towers or walkways for diving. They should be with continuous dense flooring.
Step 5
Before the beginning of the swimming season, make sure that there is a first-aid post on your beach. Place it next to the rescue station and equip accordingly. There should be: a table, a chair, a couch. Make an agreement with the local health department. Mark the first-aid post with all the familiar sign - a red cross on a white background. Set the opening hours according to the beach opening hours. Ensure that the area is radio-equipped and that it is within range of most mobile operators. A landline telephone can also be installed. Write the emergency numbers on the stand and hang them in a prominent place.
Step 6
Take care of small forms. Install awnings, benches, trash cans. Sign a contract with your utilities to collect your garbage on a regular basis. Waste should not accumulate on the beach.
