There can be many reasons for contacting law enforcement agencies. If urgent intervention is needed, a police squad is usually called. But noisy neighbors, music lovers, a spontaneously emerging "drinking room" on the staircase, hooliganism of adolescents on the playground in front of the house, as well as many other minor offenses are a reason to call the district police officer.
Instructions
Step 1
You can find out which site your house belongs to, as well as find out the contact details of the district police officer on the law enforcement portal of the Russian Federation: https://www.112.ru. To do this, select the "Precinct" item in the "Urgent" section menu. In the form that opens, enter your address. After that, you will be provided with all the necessary information: surname, name, patronymic and rank of the district commissioner, his photo, phone number and a list of houses under his jurisdiction.
Step 2
Information about the precinct can also be obtained by contacting the duty department of the district police department. The telephone number of the regional department will prompt you in the information service. You can also get this information by calling the well-known police call number - "02".
Step 3
It is not always possible to call a district police officer by phone - he is obliged to spend only those hours in the office that are allotted for receiving citizens (as a rule, from four to six hours a week), the rest of the time he is at the site. The data on office hours are not published on the law enforcement portal, but the district department of the Department of Internal Affairs must provide you with this information.
Step 4
You can also call the district police officer by leaving a statement at the police station at your place of residence. Clearly formulate the essence of your complaint, write a statement in two copies, without fail indicating your address and telephone number. Leave one copy to the person on duty and make sure that he / she must register it - and sign the second copy.
Step 5
Your application will be forwarded to the district police officer. If he does not take action within two days, leave the application again. Two pending complaints may serve as a reason for contacting higher authorities. But usually precinct officers react to “signals from the field” rather quickly.
