Step 1
Choose the type of weapon you need in advance. If you need a weapon with more power than 7.5 Joules, you need to get a license. Go through a medical board at any clinic or medical center.
Step 3
With the obtained medical opinion, if it allows you to use a weapon, go to the police station to which you are territorially related. Submit an application for a license to buy weapons. Pay the required state fee. If there are no restrictions for you, then you will receive this document in a week.
Step 4
The license is valid for 6 months. If you do not acquire a weapon within this period, the document will need to be extended, or returned to the police. Go to the store with the obtained license. Select a weapon that you are allowed to purchase. The seller will fill out the registration form and keep 2 license stubs for himself, and give the third one to you.
Step 5
With the remaining document, go to the Permit and Licensing Department to register your weapon and obtain permission to use, carry and store it. The permit is made within a month. After receiving it, your experience of using the weapon will begin to be taken into account.
