A polyurethane primer is used to strengthen surfaces with a porous and weak structure. These primers are suitable for metal products, concrete, bricks, ceramics, plaster. What is a makeup artist primer?
Primers are also used in makeup. Their use allows maintaining the health of the skin, hiding its irregularities and other minor cosmetic imperfections. Simply put, a primer is a makeup base. These products are relatively new in the cosmetic market, but have managed to gain recognition from makeup artists and cosmetologists. The make-up base can be transparent or matte.
A primer is also used in nail design. It is composed of methacrylic acid and has degreasing properties. In addition, this primer prevents the extension of nails from flaking and strengthens the structure of the biological nail.
