Each of us has at least one cherished desire. It periodically pops up in our minds, beckons and makes us plunge into dreams. Step 1
Take a piece of paper and a pen. Visualize your dream and start formulating your wish. Forget that there is a past or future tense, each word should be written as if the dream has already come true in the present. For example, "I am the owner of the most beautiful house on the Black Sea coast." Be sure to add the phrase “for the common good” at the end of your wish, as the Higher powers often resort to situations involving death, accidents, etc. You will receive your cherished home, but not by paying insurance or inheritance from your beloved aunt. Step 2
Visualize your dream every day. Sit comfortably in a chair or lie on the bed. Play music that makes you think about your desire, for example, the sounds of the ocean, the cry of seagulls. Concentrate on your own breathing and try to relax every muscle. Gradually, consciousness will begin to paint a picture of your desire. Feel that you are already the owner of your cherished home, live in dreams at least one day in your life. Get out of the meditative state gradually.
Step 3
Create a mockup of your desire: a house, a car, an apartment, a photo of a happy couple, etc. Try to depict a reduced copy as accurately as possible. If your desire concerns material aspects: a car, a house - put the model in the southeastern part of your home, if you dream of meeting your only one, then place the image in the southwestern sector.
