The constantly accelerating pace of life leads to the feeling that it is simply impossible to be in time everywhere. But this is not at all the case, you just have to step back and look at your life from a different angle, as it turns out that you have more than enough free time.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a plan for the day. In the evening, sitting in a calm atmosphere at home, think over tomorrow, remember all the cases that have to be solved. Write them down on paper and then arrange them in the order in which they are performed. For example, you need to submit a report before noon, and you can find information for an abstract for a child in the evening, so the first case will become number one on the list, while the second can be added to the very end.
Step 2
Prioritize. Each task should have its own degree of importance that you need to assimilate. Distinguish important tasks from routine and unnecessary ones. Perhaps obsessing over something urgent, you miss out on the most important.
Step 3
Do not hurry. This advice is suitable for those who are always spinning like a squirrel in a wheel: running around the city, exhausted from fatigue in the evening and, nevertheless, do not have time for anything. Stop and think about the result of such a rush. Try to work through your plans more carefully, giving up additional loads, and your life will become much easier.
Step 4
Wind your watch ten minutes ahead. After a week, you will forget about it and will be in the right place on time. Problems of lateness are also solved in another way: appoint a vague meeting time (for example, from one o'clock to half past one, and not at 13:15).
Step 5
Don't be lazy. Distractions on extraneous Internet resources in search of important information, a dozen cups of coffee with colleagues - all these are signs of laziness overtaking you. Do things without thinking about how tired you are and how much you deserve to rest. This will help you complete them much faster, which will give you the opportunity to play sports or learn foreign languages (those things for which you could not find time before).
