Step 1
Pour the chilled milk into the flask. Milk should cover the end of the shaft by 1, 5-2 cm. Milk should not be greasy, so you can dilute it with water. One glass of milk is diluted with two glasses of water. The density of milk is greater than the density of water, so the smoke passing through such a filter will become softer than usual.
Step 2
Fill the hookah cup with tobacco, leaving about 3 mm from the edge so that the tobacco does not burn when smoking. Place the tobacco not in one compressed layer, but in small piles. Tobacco with strawberry and coffee flavors is well suited for a hookah on milk.
Step 3
Take some foil and fold it in two layers. Cover the cup tightly with foil. Use a needle to make small holes in the foil, at a distance of 3-4 mm from each other. If you don't have a special hookah foil, use a chocolate foil.

Be sure to clean your hookah after smoking. Rinse all parts thoroughly, otherwise milk residues may turn sour and an unpleasant odor will appear. And if the milk remains dry in the hose, it will be very difficult to wash them. Milk can be reused, but only no later than 3-5 hours. When reusing milk, the tobacco should taste the same as the first time.
