The Svyaznoy Club program allows you to accumulate points by presenting a special card when purchasing goods in partner stores. The points earned can be used to receive discounts at participating stores.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the website Svyaznoy-club www.sclub.ru. At the top of the screen, you will see a purple bar with an orange Register button. Click on it if you have not previously been authorized in the system. A registration form will appear on the page, enter your login in separate fields (it consists of 13 digits printed on the back of the card under the barcode), your date of birth in ddmmyy format, for example, 300484. Write your password below, repeat it. Please enter your email address. It will receive confirmation of the fact of registration, follow the link. At the top of the screen, your name and surname will be indicated, which you provided to the employee of the communication salon when filling out the questionnaire. Next to the request, you will see the balance of the card in points, the ruble equivalent of the discount, which can be obtained from the program partners, will be indicated in brackets.
Step 2
Use the "Remind password" option if you received it but forgot. To do this, go to the site, at the top of the page to the left of the "Register" button, find a question mark. Hover over it, you will see a pop-up window, click on "Remind password". Submit a password recovery request by entering the card number printed on the back and consisting of 13 digits in the special field. A message with a password will be sent to the e-mail address linked to the card. Also, to recover your password, you can contact a support specialist by calling 8-800-700-53-53. The call is free.
Step 3
Enter the received password and the 13-digit card number (or the associated e-mail address) in the appropriate fields at the top of the www.sclub.ru page. To check the correctness of the accrual of points for payment for goods and services, select "Your account" in the horizontal menu, in the pop-up "Operation history" window.
