For a complete refurbishment and transition to a self-service system, you will need to purchase trade stands that replace counters. You can buy this equipment at specialized points of sale in your region.
Step 6
Purchase computer cash registers, video surveillance systems, and anti-theft magnetic systems.
Step 7
Self-service mainly involves the sale of packaged goods, which must be at least 90%, and only 10% must be sold by weight. You can organize your own filling shop or conclude a service contract with a licensed company that provides services of this kind.

The total cost of upgrading a store to switch from a counter to self-service system depends on the region in which you do business, but in any case, all costs will pay off within the first year after the conversion.
