The training takes place according to a certain system, which includes a list of compulsory subjects and skills that will help in intelligence activities.
Scout training begins with basic training. First of all, it is necessary to thoroughly assimilate the theory. It is worth paying attention to all the clarifications that the teacher highlights. Alternating classes in the classroom with tactical actions on the territory of technical training, the load gradually increases. However, this helps the future intelligence officer to compare the knowledge gained with practical skills. In parallel with tactical training, there are trips to shooting ranges. Great importance is attached to the physical training of scouts. Initially, the soldier must learn to walk long distances in any weather and with full equipment, getting used to rationally use his forces. Time is allocated for training in hand-to-hand combat, camouflage actions, mine work and overcoming obstacles of varying complexity. Crawling training is considered a separate training article, since this skill is most important for a person engaged in exploration. Topography skills, methods of survival in extreme conditions, demining and pathfinding are thoroughly studied. After mastering these basic subjects of intelligence training, the teachers teach in detail the science of radio communications, encryption and various methods of interrogation. After gaining a basic understanding of the work of intelligence, the soldiers are sent to the camps or forest, in order, having created certain conditions, to check the level of training of each of them. Ambushes are organized in the terrain, soldiers are given missions for observation, actions behind enemy lines, surveillance and creation of maps of the terrain. After completing basic training, the scouts are divided into groups and teach them what is best for each of them. The result is divers, trackers, signalmen, snipers, and demolition men. It is difficult for a scout to become a universal specialist, so it is advisable to entrust him with a suitable type of activity. The scout must know foreign languages and all types of enemy weapons. Such knowledge is either not given at all during training, or is provided in a small amount. Therefore, a person who wants to work in this industry must carefully prepare himself in these areas.
