The way to expand the alliance by inviting new members depends on what kind of community or association is created. For official organizations, the invitation of new members must be based on the instructions of the charter and the agreement of the existing association. For informal relationships, any kind of invitation that can be made orally or in writing is suitable.

Instructions
Step 1
To invite a new organization to an existing alliance created on the basis of a partnership agreement, hold a general meeting of the official representatives of the created community.
Step 2
During the meeting, keep a minutes in which you record the decision of the meeting and the number of votes who voted to expand the alliance and invite new partner organizations. If the majority of the members of the existing community are not against the expansion of the association, then you can notify the partners whom you plan to accept into your alliance.
Step 3
Please use e-mail as an official notification. Additionally, you can send an invitation letter using the services of the Russian post office.
Step 4
Conduct a general meeting of all representatives of the existing alliance and representatives of invited organizations. Conclude a new cooperation agreement, add to it all the points that will be beneficial to all members of the emerging community.
Step 5
Also amend the charter of the combined organization. If all members of the community belong to CJSC, then these documents will be enough to start cooperation.
Step 6
A change in the composition of an LLC is made not only in the internal statutory documents, but also in the unified register of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, so you must notify the Federal Tax Inspectorate in writing about the expansion of the number of LLC participants (Federal Law No. 115-F3).
Step 7
If you plan to expand your informal community, use oral or written notification as an invitation to the alliance. For example, a formal invitation to a community created to communicate with the same interests is inappropriate. It is enough to verbally agree on a meeting and mutual cooperation. But at the same time, one thing is invariable, all members of the alliance should be interested in accepting new friends with the same interests in their association.
