The future entrepreneur was born into a family of factory workers. After leaving school, Elena Baturina followed in her parents' footsteps, taking the position of a design technician at the Frezer enterprise. But after a year and a half, she decides to get an education at the State University of Management. Having finished it, he leaves the plant and becomes a member of the working group from the Moscow City Executive Committee, where he studies the problems of "public catering" and "change houses".
Since 1987, she began her active career advancement. At this time, she manages to get a second higher education and become an executive secretary in the Russian Union of Cooperatives.
In 1991 she started her own business. She founded the company for the production of plastic products "INTECO".
How did it all start?
