The product is usually taken in the evening. The frames are carefully removed from the hive, where the honeycombs are located, then the frames are installed in a special container.

From the filled frames, pumping is carried out using a honey extractor. The strips are cleaned of wax, the honeycomb is printed using a special knife. The frame, ready for pumping, is installed in the honey extractor. The pumped out honey is poured into glass, wooden or enamel containers.

The resulting honey is used by humans for food preparation and medicinal purposes. Humanity has been using the product for over 6,000 years. In medicine, honey has been used to treat a wide variety of diseases, ranging from gastrointestinal problems to healing wounds with compresses.

Bee-processed honey is thick, sticky and very sweet. It contains several types of sugar, including dextrose and fructose. The taste of the product depends on the flowers from which the pollen was collected. There is also artificial honey, made by processing sucrose and adding additional flavors. An artificial product is obtained from sugar, corn, watermelon, melon, pulp of vegetables and fruits. To dye it, use tea leaves, saffron or St. John's wort leaves.
