In order for the personal plot to please with a riot of colors all summer long, you should select plants that bloom for as long as possible. Among the perennial flowers, there are many that will amaze with their colorful carpet throughout the summer season.

Step 1
Not only all summer, but half of the autumn season, the queen of flowers - the rose - blooms. Thanks to the variety of shapes and colors, roses can be planted throughout the flower bed, or it can be awarded a central place surrounded by other perennial flowers.

There are many varieties of clematis that bloom all summer, and some delight with their colors from May to September inclusive. The latter includes Veronica's Choice, which has double, purple-white flowers. Cardinal Wyszynski also blooms for a long time with red baskets. A month earlier, the Duchess of Edinburgh finishes its flowering, the flowers of which are snow-white. From June to August, purple flowers appear on Warscwaska Nika, bluish-white or lilac on Alba.

Low-growing varieties of carnations will be the perfect frame for a summer flower bed. The plant, which has a variegated color and an original shape of a flowering basket, tolerates winter frosts well and remains a bright carpet from early summer to early winter.
Step 4
The lush and unpretentious phlox (Phlox) has also gained popularity among gardeners. Bushy phloxes perfectly tolerate the winter, which look good in combination with carnations.
