Cases of mushroom poisoning are not uncommon. This is mainly due to ignorance of the distinctive features of poisonous mushrooms from edible ones. The red fly agaric, as it were, signals with its bright appearance to pass by, but an inexperienced mushroom picker can easily put a pale toadstool or false mushroom in a basket.
Instructions
Step 1
Amanita muscaria is a highly poisonous mushroom that causes hallucinations. Amanita muscaria is difficult to confuse with other mushrooms, it is very bright and noticeable. A red hat with white specks flaunts on a high leg with a white skirt. There is also a panther fly agaric, it is distinguished only by the color of the cap - it is brown with flaky white scales.
Step 2
But the porphyry fly agaric is already easily confused with the russula. He, like some russula, has a brown cap, but pay attention to the leg, it has a skirt and the leg is thickened towards the base.
Step 3
Pale toadstool is very poisonous. Its poison is so strong that one mushroom can already cause serious poisoning, life-threatening. At a young age, pale toadstool has a hemispherical cap of a greenish or whitish color, which straightens out over time, which is very similar to russula. Be sure to look for the presence of a tuberous thickening with a kind of collar on the leg at its base, as well as at the ring under the cap. Champignons also look like a toadstool, but they do not have a thickening on the leg.
Step 4
False detection is also dangerous. There is a sulphurous false fungus and a brick red. The first one has a cap of a dirty gray color, smooth, with brown-olive plates. The leg is hollow, yellowish, sometimes with the remnants of a veil. The flesh on the break is yellow and odorless. The brick-red false mushroom has a smooth reddish cap, darker in the center. The plates are brown or reddish. The leg is yellow, the flesh is white with an unpleasant odor. Both poisonous mushrooms differ from real mushrooms in that they do not have scales on the cap and a white ring on the leg. And also the color of the cap. The smell of real honey is pleasant.
