An electronic cigarette is a device that replaces a regular cigarette and makes the smoking process practically harmless. Since it does not contain tobacco, no carcinogenic and other harmful chemical compounds enter your lungs when inhaled. When smoking such a cigarette, the nicotine liquid evaporates and the smoker has the same sensations that he experiences when inhaling with an ordinary cigarette.
Necessary
- - tweezers;
- - a plastic tube with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the body of the electronic cigarette;
- - a small hammer;
- - pliers;
- - drill;
- - a needle;
- - soldering iron.
Instructions
Step 1
An electronic cigarette consists of three main parts: - a replaceable cartridge that contains nicotine liquid; - a battery that supplies voltage to the atomizer and a light indicator that simulates a light at the end of a cigarette; - an atomizer through which the nicotine liquid evaporates. If a device malfunction occurs, then most often it is associated with the operation of the atomizer. if you do not want to take it for repair, you can disassemble the electronic cigarette yourself and check the condition of the evaporator.
Step 2
Using tweezers, carefully remove the center contact and unsolder the wire. Remove the cartridge. Grasp the battery with one hand, and with the other - the atomizer and begin to "bend" the cigarette in the place of their connection, as if "breaking off" the atomizer. Do not apply great force, bend the device in different directions until a gap appears between the threaded part and the body of the cigarette.
Step 3
Remove the housing. Depending on the brand of cigarettes, only the outer tube may come off or, in another case, a threaded connector will appear. In this case, be especially careful not to accidentally tear off the wire soldered to it. If you have only the outer shell removed, put it back on and continue to "fold" the cigarette. In the second case, insert a plastic tube with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the e-cigarette body from the side of the cartridge. Take the atomizer in your hand and, lightly tapping on the tube with a hammer, knock the inner case out of the outer one.
Step 4
Remove the bottom plastic washer. If the wires are glued, then carefully, with the tip of a needle, peel off the glue around the holes and then carefully pull out all the wires. If they are glued along the entire length of the channel, then you will have to make an effort and tear them off the body using pliers. Holes clogged with glue can be cleaned with a drill.
Step 5
Remove the metal bands located at the bottom and unwind the metal tape wrapped across the bridge in the transverse direction. Remove the bridge, unwind the foam around the glass.
Step 6
Pull out the coil by pushing the wires from the side of the battery. They can also be pulled out with tweezers from the side of the cartridge if the coil is badly damaged.
