The knitted king of animals is a great gift for both adults and children. You will need a small piece of wire, the remains of orange and white threads, a piece of black fur.
Necessary
- Loop cuts:
- • V. p. - air loop;
- • RLS - single crochet;
- • CCH - column with crochet;
- • PS - half-column
Instructions
Step 1
Make the future lion frame out of the wire. From white threads, dial a chain of vp. Knit it to the middle of the RLS. From the center of the chain, dial 5 vp. and then continue to knit RLS a flat three-petal piece. Knit the last two rows without increments. In the next two rows, you need to reduce the number of loops, so that you get a "bag". At the end of the work, with the remaining thread, drag the muzzle. Fasten the end of the thread and hide.
Step 2
With an orange thread, type the muzzles of the RLS from the canvas. It should be knitted with decreasing, so that the muzzle narrows a little. Having knitted the required number of rows, knit in the opposite direction, knitting two columns in each column of the previous row. After tying half of the head, knit the frame. Then continue to knit RLS, decreasing their number as necessary.
Step 3
For the ears, cast a few CCHs with a pink thread on the head. Repeat with orange thread. Connect both parts by knitting PS. Tie the second ear in the same way. Next, tie the eyes and tail.
Step 4
Type on the base of the head, a circular row of 5-6 PS. Continue tying the frame, adding or subtracting the posts as needed. From the fur, make a mane and a pompom for the tail. The mane can either be sewn or glued to the lion's head.
