For general relaxation, inexpensive models are suitable, with partial coverage, it will be enough to reduce the glare effect, reduce stress and irritation of the eyes. Glasses with 100% coverage are essential for professional athletes and drivers, hobby anglers and hunters.

When choosing glasses, pay attention to their purpose. Polarizing filters may differ from series to series, as they are tuned to a specific spectrum of light waves. Glasses for fishermen by 95% reduce the brightness of sun glare from the water, shooting glasses increase the contrast and sharpness of the image, driver's glasses cut off part of the spectrum of oncoming headlights and reduce the glare effect when driving.

Try to choose glasses of well-known proven brands.
