All stun guns have a built-in battery. A standard 220V power supply is suitable for charging. There are also models of stun guns that can be charged from the cigarette lighter in the car.
Necessary
A stun gun, an outlet connected to a 220V power supply or a charger
Instructions
Step 1
Check if the stun gun is discharged. Usually, a stun gun retains its accumulated charge for a month and a half. With a fully charged battery, it can create about 200 charges. Regularly, on average once every two weeks, check if there is still current in the battery.
Step 2
To do this, press the handle of the arrester. Signs that the stun gun needs to be charged are weak lightning and a low sound. Do not hold down the arrester button for more than three seconds. The stun gun may fail.
Step 3
Put the stun gun on charge. Depending on the configuration, either use a battery charger or plug the stun gun into a power outlet.
Step 4
Watch your time carefully. On average, a stun gun takes 5-6 hours to charge. It is not recommended to exceed the time specified in the instruction manual of the shocker. In this case, it may fail.
Step 5
Be aware of safety while charging the stun gun. Under no circumstances press the button of the arrester if the stun gun is plugged into an outlet. If there are children or animals in the apartment, then do not leave the charging shocker unattended.
Step 6
Check if the stun gun is charged. To do this, press the arrester button. Signs that the stun gun is charged will be a bright and fast lightning discharge and a loud crackling sound.
