People differ in their daily biorhythms into two main groups - larks and owls. You can feel much better if you build your daily routine in accordance with the wishes of the body.
Instructions
Step 1
Compare the characteristics of the two types of biorhythms and choose the one that suits you best. Larks like to wake up early and go to bed early, in the morning they are full of strength and energy, but by the evening they get tired and cannot concentrate on important matters. Owls, on the contrary, prefer to sleep for a long time, and stay up late in the evening. Sleepy and irritated go in the morning, and in the afternoon they gain energy, come to life and start doing useful things in the late afternoon.
Step 2
Analyze your mood and behavior throughout the day. Think about what time you are most efficient - in the morning or in the evening? On a day off, do you wake up early in the morning, or do you like to sleep a little longer while enjoying this opportunity?
Step 3
Analyze which meal you prefer - breakfast or dinner. Larks love to have a hearty breakfast, and not only because they have time to cook it, but they just need it to maintain their strength. Owls, in turn, are not yet fully awake and prefer a light morning snack.
Step 4
Find out what time you were born. Some experts say that a person's biorhythms depend on the time in which he was born. Children who appear from 4 to 11 in the morning become larks, and from 16 to midnight - owls. If you do not enter these hour periods, you belong to the third group, which are called "pigeons".
Step 5
Do a little experiment. Immediately after waking up in the morning, measure your heart rate and number of breaths for a minute. Compare the obtained data and draw a conclusion about your affiliation from their ratio. Larks have a ratio of 3: 1 or less, and owls have a ratio of 5: 1 or more. If your score is 4: 1, you are a dove.
Step 6
If, after analyzing yourself and your habits, you still remain in the dark as to whom to attribute yourself to, then you belong precisely to the “pigeons” group. You combine the qualities of both "larks" and "owls". Therefore, you are the most versatile person, able to adapt to different conditions.
