Step 1
According to GOST, in addition to the introductory part, the technical conditions must contain several mandatory sections. Regardless of the type of product, they must reflect the technical requirements for the product, safety requirements for working with it and during its manufacture, and environmental requirements. The full range of requirements should include sections that describe the rules of acceptance, control methods, transportation and storage conditions, instructions for the operation of the product and the warranty that the manufacturer provides for it.
Step 2
In the "Technical Requirements" section, indicate the standards according to which the product should be manufactured, assortment, size table, weight, maximum deviations and other technical characteristics of the product. In this section, describe the requirements for appearance, mechanical properties and other parameters of the product that characterize its quality.
Step 3
Indicate the safety requirements for the product and its structural elements. Give a list of regulatory documents that establish these requirements. Describe the conditions under which the degree of safety established by the technical specification must be ensured. Indicate the age limits for persons authorized to use the product, if any, the frequency of safety briefing.
Step 4
List the requirements to ensure environmental protection when using this product. According to the legislation, all manufactured products must not release toxic substances into the environment and not have a harmful effect on the human body through direct contact.

Describe the rules of acceptance and methods of product control, the frequency with which it is necessary to monitor its performance, the accuracy of determining deviations.
Step 6
List the conditions for transportation and storage of products, methods of packaging and packaging material, a list of documents included in the packaging. Specify storage times, if necessary.
Step 7
In the section "Instructions for use", reflect the requirements for the products and the main provisions for their maintenance (maintenance, repair, storage); provide recommendations for the rational use of products. Specify the conditions under which the products should be used and warn the user about those of them that can lead to damage and destruction.
Step 8
Specify the warranty period of the product, describe the procedure for replacing or returning products in case of premature failure.
